P.R.I.M.E. Performance Method™
Evaluation

Our signature evaluation quickly identifies the Intramuscular End Points (“muscle knots”) that block mobility, power, and muscle activation—giving you a precise roadmap to move better, feel better, and perform better.

Movement Analysis

You increase clubhead speed safely by improving hip and thoracic mobility, rotational strength, and swing mechanics so your spine isn’t overloaded. Performance Lab uses TPI-style assessments, the P.R.I.M.E. Method to release muscular knots limiting rotation, and Proteus power training to unlock fast, efficient, pain-free speed.
Back pain often comes from stiff hips or mid-back regions, weak core control, or swing mechanics that force too much motion into the lumbar spine. We identify these issues, release IMEs (muscle knots), restore mobility, and strengthen the movement patterns that protect your spine.
If pain appears during specific clubs, lies, or phases of your swing, and improves with rest, mechanics are likely part of the problem. Our TPI-informed evaluations link painful positions to mobility, stability, or control deficits, then correct them with hands-on therapy and performance training.
Yes—improving mobility, balance, power, and movement efficiency can help you swing faster and more consistently, not just feel better. Performance Lab integrates TPI principles, P.R.I.M.E., and Proteus 3D power training to help you practice more, hit it farther, and ultimately score better.
Sports performance therapy is generally considered safe, but as with any form of exercise or treatment, there may be risks. Your clinician will discuss any potential risks with you prior to beginning treatment. It is important to follow their instructions and alert them of any changes in your condition during the course of your therapy.

Shoulder pain with serving often results from limited mobility, poor scapular control, or overuse of the rotator cuff. We evaluate your serve mechanics and movement patterns, then use P.R.I.M.E., manual therapy, and targeted strengthening to restore overhead mobility and stability.
You reduce risk by improving shoulder and scapular strength, forearm endurance, and grip efficiency while managing training volume. Performance Lab identifies which tissues are overloaded, treats pain, and designs strength, technique, and load-management plans specific to your sport.
Mild soreness that resolves quickly may be manageable, but pain that lingers, builds, or alters your stroke should not be ignored. We help you determine what is safe to continue, adjust your play and training volume, and treat the root cause so a small issue doesn’t become a major injury.
An effective warm-up includes dynamic mobility, light cardio, and progressive stroke preparation. We build personalized warm-up and activation routines based on your assessment so your body is ready for serving, cutting, sprinting, and lunging.
If pain lasts longer than 1–2 weeks, limits overheads or groundstrokes, or forces you to reduce playing time, it’s time for PT. We blend P.R.I.M.E., hands-on therapy, and sport-specific strengthening and technique work to get you back on court safely.

Running Performance
& Rehab

Prevent knee pain by increasing mileage gradually, strengthening hips and core, and ensuring your ankle and hip mobility can support efficient loading. We evaluate your movement and running mechanics, release mobility restrictions, and guide your training progression to keep your knees resilient.

Shin or calf pain often comes from sudden mileage increases, limited ankle mobility, or insufficient calf or foot strength. We assess your lower-limb mechanics, treat irritated tissues, and build progressive strengthening and mobility plans to reduce overload.
Not always—you may only need to adjust distance, pace, or terrain while addressing the underlying issue. Performance Lab guides safe training modifications while restoring mobility, strength, and proper movement patterns so you can return to full running.
PT helps reduce pain and optimize how you load your foot, knee, and hip through targeted mobility and strengthening. We use P.R.I.M.E., hands-on care, and running-specific strength work to calm symptoms and improve your mechanics for long-term performance.
Most runners need hip and glute strength, calf strength, and mobility in the ankle, hip, and mid-back. We create individualized strength and mobility routines based on your performance evaluation and progress them in sync with your training goals.

Throwing pain usually results from mechanical overload, limited mobility, or strength deficits along the kinetic chain. We evaluate your shoulder, elbow, and throwing mechanics, identify IMEs restricting motion, and use PT + performance training to restore healthy movement patterns.
You protect the UCL by managing throwing volume, strengthening the shoulder and forearm, and improving mechanics. We combine throwing assessments with tailored arm-care and workload guidance to reduce stress on the elbow.
It’s too much when pain increases, velocity drops, or recovery takes longer—even if you can technically still throw. We monitor symptoms and workload, then adjust your training and recovery so your arm stays durable all season.
Yes—restoring mobility, strength, and whole-body power supports a safe return of velocity. Performance Lab uses P.R.I.M.E., Proteus 3D power work, and throwing-specific strengthening to rebuild your arm and kinetic chain.
Most players need rotator cuff, scapular, and forearm strength, plus mobility and power work through the trunk and hips. We design individualized in-season arm-care programs so you know exactly what to do before and after games.
