Our movement assessment is focused on analyzing core strength, mobility, balance and the client’s ability to separate different parts of their body in sequence. We take a close look at the abs and glutes, as well as the neck, shoulders, mid-back rotators, low back, hamstring, calf, forearm and hip rotators. The results are then used to create a targeted sport-specific treatment strategy to address any identified areas of weakness that need to be improved upon.
